Stump Removal
When you cut a tree down there is a good chance that you’re going to be left with a stump. The only way to not be left with a stump at some point is to completely uproot the tree from the get-go. Large stumps can be a bit of a dilemma for home or business owners. There is a very slim chance that they’ll ever develop into a full-grown tree. Meanwhile, the old tree roots can still cause problems on your lawn or even near a sidewalk or other concrete structure. That’s why many people opt to remove them altogether. Here are a couple of things that we can do for you if you happen to have a stump.
Stump Grinding In a proper stump grinding procedure what you have to do is take a literal stump grinding machine to be able to reduce the stump to a minimum. There are different methods that people use to try and grind stumps. Some people have even tried burning them to the ground. The method that we use is the quickest and most effective way to grind a stump. While making sure to cause minimal damage to the neighboring lawn. Full Stump Removal For the most part, when you decide that you want to grind the stump you are essentially accepting the fact that some of the roots from the original tree that are embedded in the soil will remain there. At times this is not a major issue. What you can do to avoid this type of problem altogether is allow us to essentially dig the stump out. This procedure usually involves taking shovels or even at times heavy-duty machinery to dig around the stump and pluck it out of the ground roots and everything. This can be a good idea if the stump was from a large tree with an extensive root network. What To Choose We can’t say that one option is going to be fundamentally better than the other. Each situation is going to call for its own solution. At least that is how we see it. Take into account that in grinding the stump we are going to try and minimize the damage that we do to the surrounding area. When we remove a stump there is a good chance that there is going to be a gap in the ground left behind. Of course, that can be filled up down the line.
